FabHotel Diamond

I had a very bad experience with the property and FabHotels. The room was dirty, and there was an insect on the bed. I still have a bad skin infection. I already contacted both the hotel and Fab customer care, but they haven't offered any solution.

I had to cancel three days ago for personal reasons, and since then the hotel has gone quiet. The customer support team won't answer calls, and the reservation team hasn't offered a solution. They took full payment when I checked in, but still haven't processed my refund. This has been extremely disappointing and needs urgent attention.

The place was exhausting instead of relaxing. Our room wasn't clean, the bed had stains, the AC didn't work properly, and room service was very slow. For what they charge per night, the facilities are very poor. The staff were rude and laughed when we raised problems. The AC could only run at 29 degrees, so what's the point? They also asked if we wanted a bill, saying it would cost about 1456 extra per room. We agreed because we wanted one. At checkout, they said the computer printer wasn't working and wouldn't give us the bill, so we had to insist they write it on a random piece of paper. Please don't stay here.

I'm not satisfied. The rooms were very dirty, with shoe marks on the walls, filthy sheets, and bathrooms that hadn't been cleaned properly. There were cigarette marks on the beds and ash scattered around the room. The staff treated customers rudely. This hotel isn't fit for staying in.
