The toilet smelled and hadn't been cleaned properly. The room was very dirty and smelly too, including the bed sheets and mattresses.

I barely slept that night. When I got back around 9 pm, many room doors were open, and some rooms smelled of alcohol. The place felt shady, and I could hear female voices, shouting, loud music, and furniture being moved. It was all coming from hotel staff, who showed no regard for guests trying to rest. The hotel boys and staff were highly unprofessional. The rooms, bathrooms, linen, and towels were unhygienic and dirty. I booked through makemytrip: the listed price for one room was Rs 3880/-; after hotel and MakeMyTrip discounts and taxes, I paid Rs 1065/-. Even at that price, the quality and comfort were far below normal standards. I checked in at 2 pm and handed over my ID card. When I later learned they planned to photograph it on a mobile phone, I took it back and made a photocopy myself. They seemed hardly concerned about document security. I was charged Rs 60 for two bottles of water. The water they first served in a jug tasted strange, so I ordered mineral water, but they brought a local brand.

There’s no dining area or kitchen, so I’m not sure how travelers are commenting on the food. It’s more of a guest house, but the location near the bus stand is good. The room was clean, though there was some dirt and it didn’t feel especially hygienic. Still, it’s a decent place if you’re traveling alone.

The hotel was noisy all night, with something going on constantly. The rooms were dirty, and the receptionist was unprofessional and acted like a chiller. They made more than one copy of my ID for their own reference. I booked for around Rs 1200 after a coupon, but even without the coupon, the room wasn’t worth Rs 500. This was the worst service I’ve experienced in a hotel.
