The food was delicious and service came quickly. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and made us feel at home. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the location was convenient. We had a fantastic stay and I'd love to return.

I stayed here for more than 16 days and it felt like home. The staff are especially nice, and the rooms are clean and hygienic. It's in a great spot in the city's main market and, for me, the best place to stay in Saharanpur. Happy to have stayed here.

There was no working TV channel, and the staff seemed duplicitous and manipulative. The washbasin water burned my eyes. I found the building design risky, with no sufficiently wide exit in case of a fire or other emergency. It feels like they're playing with people's lives, and like a disaster waiting to happen. I don't know how they're even allowed to operate. The room had almost no ventilation. I got a headache as soon as I entered, so I left the door open and kept walking in the corridor to avoid feeling suffocated. There was no pure RO water facility either. Terrible experience.
