Hotel Rajdhani

Our staff were left waiting outside for over an hour after arriving late at night. I had called that morning to confirm the booking, and even if the hotel doesn’t accept Agoda reservations, they should have told me then. I’ve stayed here many times before, so this was a very disappointing experience. I’d booked through Agoda and completed the payment, but at check-in the hotel said it wouldn’t accept the reservation. They claimed Agoda was booking under the hotel’s name and misleading customers, despite having repeatedly been told not to.

The room for 3200 was awful, and the food tasted really bad. When we ordered breakfast, they acted as if they were handing out free food and ignored us. The staff were rude too. I asked for a towel and was told one towel is given for a one-day stay. How are two people meant to manage with one? A third-rate hotel.

The delicious breakfast and handy access to nearby tourist spots are both big pluses. We’re enjoying our third stay at Hotel Rajdhani in panjim, and every visit they make the experience feel special. For us, this is the best place to stay. 10/10.

The complimentary breakfast comes from the adjacent vegetarian restaurant, and the tasty food is Udupi-style. Rooms are compact but clean and neat, while service was okay and could be better. There’s no parking at the hotel, though a pay-and-park spot nearby is convenient. Its central location puts several casinos within walking distance, making it a great pick for casino visitors.
