Service was average, but the caretaker's attitude really affected the stay. They were rude and unhelpful the whole time, and didn't seem interested in handling even basic requests. Sometimes the way they acted felt uncomfortable and a bit strange. Better staff behavior and cleaner rooms could make this place much better.

The stay was good, and Lata aunty, the caretaker, was cooperative and kind. It's a small, decent homestay that's well maintained, with parking for three or four cars. The beach is about a ten-minute walk away. Just don't expect a resort-style atmosphere, since this isn't a resort.

The caretaker provided good service, and the location is quiet and near the beach. Rooms are big, clean, and decent. For food, you'll need to look for a nearby restaurant or khanaval.

Our AC wasn't working, but they offered us another room where everything worked. They said to check the water heater and whether the AC is cooling properly, and that they'd arrange a different room if there were any problems. The rooms were clean, and the staff were polite, helpful, and explained the rules. It's basically a homestay, but still worth it, with good WiFi and the beach within walking distance. We didn't explore food options there. The aunty who worked there kindly offered us some, and it looked good, but we'd already eaten a lot, so we declined. Don't believe the negative comments.
