OYO 81439 Vishranti Kashid Beach Resort

The garden lighting and atmosphere were lovely, and after dinner we could lie in one of two hammocks under a coconut tree and look at the moon. Dinner cost extra beyond the room booking, but it tasted great and was reasonably priced. The food was served on time, and staff were cooperative when we asked for water bottles and other things. We stayed from 12th to 13th March 2022, and although the Agoda reviews had made us skeptical, check-in at around 4pm was smooth. We just showed ID and the app, with no extra questions, and the three of us got our room key. The room was spacious, with clean bedsheets, towels, floors, and toilets, a working window AC, and an extra futon for our third friend as promised on the website. Checking out was smooth too, we paid the food bill when staff brought it. I’d recommend the place for its ambiance, clean rooms, and cooperative staff. There’s a private beach down the road, about 300 ish meters away, across from the photo place called 'kashid tourism' on google maps. Thanks to the staff and OYO for a great stay.

The owner’s bad attitude made an already terrible place even worse and could spoil your vacation. The infrastructure is about as poor as it gets. For example, the toilet didn’t even have a flush, and the TV looked like it dated back to the 1980s, along with plenty of other problems. Worst resort or lodge I’ve ever stayed in. Avoid it, or you’ll be left happy flushing.

The weather around this place is really good, and the cottage rooms are big, clean, and spacious. The food is good quality and tastes like a Maharashtrian household meal. There’s a beach just a 3-4 minute walk away. The host was polite and very helpful. It’s about 2 hours from alibaug.

We had a lovely family stay, with homely food and friendly service. The price was reasonable too. We misplaced around 1300₹, but the owner called us and returned it through Google pay, which says a lot about their honesty. I’d recommend this stay at khashid Beach.
