The pool was well maintained, the seating beside it was pleasant, and the lawn facing the nearby hills felt relaxing. Chikni Beach is also convenient, about 500 meters away. There’s potential here, but the service and guest support need significant improvement. We had booked online after visiting this part of Kashid near Chikni Beach before, and paid an advance to confirm. When we arrived, there was no lift, which made the upper floors difficult for the elderly people in our group. The manager did arrange a ground-floor room after we brought it up. Across the rooms we used, washroom water pressure was consistently low. The rooms also lacked basic things like bottled drinking water, an electric kettle, and a tea or coffee kit. One room had a faulty lock and needed the manager’s help each time. It happened again after he’d left for the day, and no staff stayed overnight. We made a few calls before he came back and fixed it. Dinner was average. Breakfast had to be ordered the night before and, despite being promised for 8:30 AM, came considerably late. There was no breakfast buffet, either complimentary or paid. The kitchen and service management could be more professional.

The kids had a great time in the outdoor pool, and we really liked how close the beach was, just a short walk away. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony view. The location was perfect, and we had an amazing stay at this hotel in Kashid. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

The manager, Aniket, was extremely rude, and no staff were available on time. We paid 4,000/- for a deluxe room, but didn’t get even one bottle of water or a cup of morning tea. There was no breakfast, nothing. The pool shuts at 8:00 PM. Families spend the day at the beach and expect to enjoy the hotel at night, but they force their own rules on you. Other hotels give you at least a bottle of Bisleri in the room, but here there’s absolutely nothing. The manager acts like he owns the place. This was 3rd-class service, and no one should visit.

The kids especially enjoyed the play area and pool, and our room was clean and nicely furnished, with a lovely balcony view. The staff made us feel very welcome. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel near Murud beach, and its location is great for getting to the beach. I’d recommend it for a family vacation.

The only snag is that you have to arrange your own food. Otherwise, it’s a lovely cozy place to relax, and you can walk to the beach since it’s very close. We loved the top-notch infrastructure and interior. It’s also the best pet friendly place.
