The food was delicious, home-cooked, and served hot, and the caretaker was polite and quick to help. The property is neat and clean, with very spacious rooms, and it’s right by the road. Kashid beach and Revdanda beach are very near. I stayed on 7th and 8th June 2026, and had an awesome, relaxing experience. I’d recommend visiting.
The location made it hard to find any peace. The property sits right on the main road, with traffic, noise, and dust all around. The AC didn’t work during our stay. Staff kept blaming electricity problems, but even though there was a generator backup, they chose not to turn it on and said, "this is how it is here." Cleanliness was very poor, with neglected rooms and common areas, and the toilets weren’t properly clean or maintained. No bottled water was left in the rooms. Instead, there was shared RO water in jugs, which felt unhygienic and below basic hospitality standards. Food was also below average, and the caretakers were indifferent and unhelpful when we raised concerns. The property fell short on comfort, cleanliness, service, and upkeep. I regret booking it and wouldn’t recommend it.
No AC, no lights, and no water. I didn’t like the property or its service, and the stay was the worst experience. It failed on comfort, cleanliness, service, and maintenance. I deeply regret staying here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Location was the one good thing, especially if you want somewhere near Kashid beach. Beyond that, the villa looked beautiful, but the services and amenities were PATHETIC, and it felt like a waste of money. We had to ask the caretakers for everything, from switching on the AC to getting the Wi-Fi on. It often seemed they weren’t happy to have us as guests and would rather be left alone. Wi-Fi only reached the caretaker’s quarters, leaving the first floor and two rooms on the opposite side without a connection, which was very inconvenient if you needed internet. There was no water supply upstairs either. When we mentioned it, the caretaker briefly turned on a machine, then switched it off and told us to use the ground-floor bathrooms. That meant disturbing another family to access basic facilities. We booked and paid for six rooms but could effectively use only four. The swimming pool was disappointingly small and unsuitable for a corporate or family gathering. The caretaker was kind, but some of his actions were questionable: he switched off the outdoor lights while we were still playing badminton, seemed irritated when we tried to retrieve a shuttlecock from a tree, and appeared annoyed about serving food to children under five, even though we’d been told their food was complimentary and basic requests were allowed. Calling this place “luxury” felt misleading and frustrating, since it didn’t deliver that experience. I do not recommend it to anybody.
We rented the entire six-room villa for 14 people, including two children and two infants. There’s a kids’ play area, and the rooms were clean. The caretaker was friendly, and everyone did their best to make things convenient for us. Pool hours were set, but they kindly let us stay a little longer; the pool itself was just average. Breakfast and tea were nice, though you need to order ahead. For a large group, I’d contact the owner directly after looking up the villa online, since booking sites add their own taxes.
