OYO 18355 Hotel Moonlight

Avoid this place if you're thinking of staying here. Even though they're registered with oyo, they wouldn't give me a room when I arrived. I complained to oyo, and an hour later they put me in a room in terrible shape. The bed was worn, the mattress wasn't proper, the toilet was dirty, and the wardrobe was broken. It also smelled bad, was dirty, and had mosquitoes everywhere.

I've been through this twice, and both times it was awful. When you call to confirm, they first tell you to move to another location. Then, at check-in, they say your room is cancelled. The reception gives you a number for Suresh, a broker who tries to shift you elsewhere. I think OYO and the hotel have a deal to cheat customers. Don't fall for their tricks, you'll regret it.

The price is good and the rooms are decent, but the service is the worst. Don't book through a website, they won't accept it. Nothing inside the rooms is working. The TV doesn't work, and the Geaje doesn't work either.

The hotel was filthy and obnoxious, with no bedsheets and none of the things they claimed to offer. The people were extremely rude, and wouldn't even open the doors for a confirmed reservation. I believe OYO and the owner are running this place to cheat customers. Never trust its name. It was worse than sleeping outdoors.
