Benzy Palace Resort

The in-house restaurant's Veg Schezwan Rice was fresh and really tasty, and parking was easy, with room for 20-30 vehicles. Kids also have a small amusement park to enjoy. We stayed one night at Benzy Palace Resort, and the room was comfortable and well maintained. It was neat and clean, though a little dust fell from the ceiling near the bed. No other room issues came up.

The staff were cheerful and Ankita deserves a special mention for going out of her way to help. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere too, though the food could be better. Buttermilk and masala papad were both 10/10, honey chilli potato 8.5/10, aloo jeera with chapati 7.5/10, mushroom biriyani 7/10, and curd rice and khichdi 5/10 each. The khichdi lacked salt and flavour. The property is beautiful, perhaps the most magnificent in Murudeshwar, and the washrooms were clean and nice. The room standards didn't match it, though: the doors were clogged and the walls were damp and slightly smelly. Still, I'd recommend staying here. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The restaurant food was very good, with a strong menu, quality, and service. Reception and restaurant staff welcomed our group of eight, four couples, and Sri Sudershan sri sarvottam took good care of us. We came for Darshan Sri Murudeshwar and sightseeing. One request: please put a KETAL in every type of room. Waiting for morning tea until 7.45 makes it hard to leave for MANDIR, since we need a bath first and tea or coffee is part of the morning.

Benzy Palace Resort made for a very enjoyable visit. The location was convenient, the rooms were comfortable and kept in excellent shape, and service stayed attentive and professional throughout. I'd happily recommend it.
