The view was the one good thing about this hotel. The rooms didn’t match the pictures the staff had shared, and you can find better rooms elsewhere for the same price. They asked for payment before check-in and would not refund the money. The geyser didn’t work, and the lock was faulty. After I asked several times for a room change, they only replaced the lock, and it still wasn’t up to standard. Breakfast doesn’t start until 8.30, and they wouldn’t even take an order. Food comes from a nearby hotel. When we ordered, they gave us two plastic plates, then paper plates when we asked for more. Kamal helped with the lock, but other customers had several issues too, and staff were rude in dealing with them. The service was pathetic, worse than a two-star hotel. Don’t go if you don’t want your holiday spoiled.

The view from the hotel is great, and the room is good. I didn’t talk much with the staff, but they were polite and responsive.

The food was fresh, full of flavor, and nicely presented, and the host and chef were amazing 😁. The hotel was elegant, clean, and well maintained, with a comfortable mix of luxury and ease. My room was spacious and hygienic, and had all the modern facilities for a relaxing stay. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome and professional, attentive staff made me feel valued.

Rishi at reception was especially lovely, and I really liked the service and everything else. Things were very good overall. If you’re going to Mussoorie, I’d personally suggest staying at the hotel SSB!!! 😊😊🫣

My experience at this hotel was awful. A receptionist behaved badly too, and the staff need to learn how to speak to customers. The man named shubham took extra money and acted like a superman. When I asked for a bill, they didn’t provide one, which made me feel they were keeping the money in their pocket. They seemed money minded. Please change the staff.
