The atmosphere was clean, calm, and relaxing, which made the stay comfortable and memorable. Every meal came fresh and hygienically prepared, and the food was delicious. The staff were attentive, courteous, and always willing to help with a smile. A lovely mix of good food and warm service.

Gaurav Singh was especially helpful when the weather turned cold. He arranged a heater promptly, which made it much easier to bear the chill, and showed real care and professionalism. The hotel was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were attentive and courteous. I had a relaxing stay with warm hospitality and would recommend Shiva Continental.

Mall Road is only a five-minute walk away, and Gun Hill and Kempty Falls are easy to reach by car. Our room was clean and spacious, with working heaters, hot water available around the clock, comfortable basic beds, and fresh linen. Staff were responsive and polite, housekeeping came promptly, and room service took 15-20 minutes. The in-house restaurant had good North Indian and Chinese food. Wi-Fi was patchy in the room and we had some network trouble, but those felt like minor issues for the price. A good choice for families or budget travelers who care more about location and hospitality than luxury. I’d stay again.

The complimentary breakfast was a real highlight, and the rooms and service were both very good. Miss Sanjana looked after us well, was cooperative, and found us what I felt was the best deal. The whole staff was helpful. If I could, I’d give them 100 stars.

The balcony views were wonderful, and Vinod ji arranged a room heater before I even had to ask. Vinod ji and Sanjana ji were both very cooperative. I had a great stay at Shiva Continental and would recommend it.
