Hotel I Plaza

I was so frustrated that I checked out within 3 hours of arriving, and the whole day was ruined. The reception even woke me in the middle of my sleep, calling me downstairs to demand an additional amount after I’d already paid in full. They’d also charged extra after check-in, with no explanation. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, and the toilets were unclean. Nothing matched the photos or what had been promised at booking. This was an awful experience, and I strongly advise people to avoid this hotel. The service was pathetic, and they are nothing but cheaters.

The administration felt unethical, and its motive seemed to be taking money instead of providing good service. Toilets smelled bad, and they charged more than Oyo. They didn’t give clear details at check-in, then came asking us to vacate. The admin seemed perfectly trained to cheat new bookers. My suggestion is not to book this hotel through Oyo.

We were left standing on the road for a long time, and it was the worst experience I’ve had. The front office person wouldn’t allow early check-in, and there seemed to be no connection between the premises and Oyo. The rooms were unclean and the bedsheets weren’t good. The location was incorrect, with Tasmac near the premises. Please don’t book any Oyo rooms, they’re all fake and this one isn’t flagship.

Although Google Maps shows the wrong way to get there, the place itself is properly located. For the price, the hotel, staff, and service were good, and the booking was moderate and hassle free. Mr Subhash was clear about his commitments, and I had a smooth check-in with my company almost in the middle of the night.
