Hotel Arasan Sapthagiri

The service was outstanding, and Mr. Guna deserves special thanks for the hospitality. My room was very neat, the food was delicious, and parking was good too. A great stay, especially for a pilgrimage trip.

Parking was the biggest problem. Before I booked, I called to say I had an expensive superbike and needed a safe place for it. They assured me parking was available, but after I arrived they had me leave it on the road, then told me to put it in some random shelter 1 km away. That felt irresponsible and put my bike at risk. They also require checkout by 9:00 AM, despite the poor service. The staff were rude and careless, and check-in took 45 minutes without an explanation or apology. The room felt uncomfortable and unsafe as soon as I entered. It was filthy, unhygienic, and nothing like the online photos. Basic cleanliness clearly wasn’t a priority. My stay at Arasan Sapthagiri, Madurai was a nightmare. This place is poorly managed and dishonest. It felt like a complete scam, with fake photos, dirty rooms, rude staff, and false claims about parking. I regret staying and won’t return. Don’t book here if you care about hygiene, honesty, or your vehicle’s safety. There are far better options in Madurai, choose anything else.

The rooms were kept in impeccable shape, and the whole place had a lovely feel. The team was professional and the service was truly commendable. Please keep up this great standard.

There was a lot of noise around the room, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you want a peaceful night’s sleep. The room was clean, and the bathroom was clean too, though worn out.
