The staff are humble and polite, and many things about the place are good. The infrastructure is good too, but services can be delayed and communication is a bit unclear. Hot water is the worst part, with a new reason every time. It’s hard staying here with kids without hot water, and room service needs improvement. Rates are average, and the price is reasonable for the location. Still, it was a wonderful experience.

Miramar beach is about 500 meters away, and the hotel is tucked into a fully residential area. The location is good. The rooms are older, but they’re decent and clean enough for a family stay.

There’s a generous amount of space in the room, and it was very clean, with a good bathroom and comfortable beds. It has A.C. and a t.v., and breakfast is included at no extra cost. It felt like a star hotel.

Getting around could be awkward since the hotel isn’t on the main road, though they can arrange cabs for a minimum fare of 200 to any destination. Breakfast is arranged, and for other food they provide numbers; delivery usually takes about an hour, with the hotel arranging the cooking. The room itself met the basics: a clean bed and bathroom, nice Ac, and a small working Tv. There’s also a balcony overlooking an apartment. I’m not sure about the wifi, though I did see a router.

The beds were really comfortable, and the shower was warm most of the time. Service was okay. We could buy water bottles in the lobby for 30 rupees, though a shop about 50 meters away sold them for 20. Breakfast came with the stay, but we usually skipped it because it wasn’t very nice and ordered food for home delivery instead.
