The rooms are comfortable and the people are nice. Getting there is difficult, and car parking may disappoint if you need an easy spot. Still, parking at most hotels in Ooty is much the same. The place itself is good. Enjoy your trip.
The rooms are cramped, the floor was dirty, and there was no hot water. Staff weren't responsive at all. I wouldn't choose this for a family; it might suit people doing a trip on a low budget. That's about an average rating from me.
The staff were good, and breakfast was wonderful. The cottage was very clean and nice, and the location is lovely for a stay. I would have preferred an upstairs room, but mine was on the ground floor. It was okay, though. Regards, Mohan Kumar, Erode.
Don't book just because of the rating. In my experience, the place was awful, and you have to walk more than a kilometer to reach it. There was no TV. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
Inside, it’s clean and elegant, and a really nice place. Just don’t expect seclusion, there are houses around it.
