The service was very poor, and I’d never recommend staying here. The gates close around 10:00 pm, so you can’t go out afterward, and there’s no food available at night. You also can’t leave early in the morning. A very bad experience.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel I need to warn families and solo women travelers about Hotel #UK09. The experience was deeply uncomfortable and the service pathetic. The hotel is not worth the money we paid, less than 10% of the value in my view, and there are better nearby options with decent staff and safer surroundings. I’d avoid it, especially when traveling with women or family. Our biggest concern was staff behavior. One staff member seemed very flirty, creepy, and suspicious toward women. There were unnecessary comments, lingering around our room, and inappropriate gestures. We felt unsafe and uncomfortable, and it raised serious concerns for me about privacy, respect, and safety. I question the hiring policies and basic ethics. The room was dusty, the bedsheets seemed reused, and there was no soap, toiletries, or towels. When we asked for the basics, staff acted as if it was a huge favor. Repeated calls for service went nowhere. The reception staff were rude and lazy, and nobody greeted us or offered help at check-in or check-out. It felt like our stay was an inconvenience to them. The hotel needs to fix staff behavior, security, and service standards before I’d consider it worth anyone’s time, money, or peace of mind. I’m sharing this so others don’t go through what we did.

The location worked really well, with easy access to beautiful spots like kemty fall. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities, while the staff were friendly and attentive, making the stay hassle-free. The breakfast buffet had a delicious range of choices. I had an excellent stay at UK09 Hotel and highly recommend it.

We stopped here for dinner on our way to the waterfall. It’s a restaurant as well as a hotel in Mussoorie, and the restaurant was clean with quite decent food. I didn’t come across tourist scams or overcharging, so the prices seemed fine. There’s a sink for washing your hands, which is handy. The restroom was a major downside, though: dirty, smelly, and without proper lighting. With the door shut it was pitch black and uncomfortable to use.
