It's close to the railway station. The room is simple but nice, and you can have a dish prepared to your preference.

The staff were rude, and I felt they had dishonest intentions. They denied my online booking, saying they hadn't received it, and I had to prove that I had booked. Even after accepting it, they didn't provide what was supposed to be included in the package. My booking showed a 12 pm checkout, but they asked me to leave at 10:45 am. They wouldn't even allow an extra 30 minutes, otherwise they said they'd charge for another day.

Good enough, and Muzaffarnagar railway station is nearby.

The AC didn't work properly, and the service was the worst. The manager had a bad attitude and didn't know how to treat customers. Non-veg dishes weren't listed on the menu, and food wasn't available on time. I ordered food from outside, but the hotel wouldn't give me a plate for it. They would serve eggs on plates because they consider eggs vegetarian, but chicken is non-veg.

Okay, but honestly, the hotel lacked warm hospitality. Without a kitchen or room service, it didn't really feel like a hotel. Maybe a more professional approach could make it better.
