When I tried to raise an issue politely, the receptionist replied, “I don’t care even if you are the District Magistrate.” The reception staff were rude and disrespectful, with no basic manners or professionalism. That kind of arrogance is disgraceful for a hotel and says a lot about its management and training. I've had few worse hotel experiences. I'd strongly advise people to avoid this place, especially with better, more courteous options nearby.

The manager's language and behavior were very bad, and the service was poor. It's expensive, unclean, and the staff are ill mannered. Don't plan an occasion celebration here.

We planned a family function here, but the mats and chair covers they gave us were dirty, and the AC units didn't work. The staff spoke very badly to us. The place is expensive and unclean, with poor service and ill mannered staff. A terrible experience. Don't plan an occasion here.

The entrance looks attractive, but don't be fooled by it. The rooms are old and dusty, and the bathrooms are in very bad shape. Mantu Yadav at reception treated guests terribly and didn't know how to speak to them, with very poor manners and personality. I urge the hotel owner to remove someone so stupid and low level from the hotel's service.

The door locks didn't work, and the taps weren't working properly. For the price, the service was so poor. It was the worst experience ever. Don't visit this hotel.
