Super Hotel O Thoraipakkam Chennai

I’d booked and paid online, but when I arrived they said the rooms were full and refused to check me in. It took nearly an hour and a half of struggling with OYO customer service to get my refund. The receptionist was arrogant and ignored me. Whatever I asked, he just said, “I don’t know, I’m just sitting here.” A horrible experience.

They gave my room to someone else, even though I’d booked online. When we arrived to check in, they said all the rooms were full. I spent almost two hours standing at reception, but they still wouldn’t give us clear details or agree to refund the money. Don’t waste your money or valuable time here.

For a 24-hour stay for two people they charge 1500, but the TV and geyser didn’t work. The bedcover and pillow cover were dirty, and when I asked about it, nobody responded. The receptionist was rude. It’s the worst place I’ve visited and not worth staying at. Look for another hotel at a better price and with a clean room.

The place smelled horrible, and there wasn’t even a table or wardrobe in the room. It was the worst night I’ve had at a hotel.
