The Emerald Hotel & Siya Milan Banquets

We bought a Rs 3000 package that was valid for 1 yr because it seemed like a good deal, then went to the hotel restaurant for dinner. The food was OK, but we waited 1.5 hrs for it, and the service was below par. The kitchen is a km away from the seating area, and the servers all seemed to be school going kids. The place needs a good manager. Someone has come up with some good ideas to promote the hotel, but the service hasn't caught up with those ambitions.

I come here often, and the staff are polite and helpful. Their service makes the stay comfortable, and the rooms are neat, clean, spacious, and have a decent view. Food is where the hotel lets me down. They don't allow outside food, which would be fine if the in-house dining were better. What they serve doesn't match what I expect for the price or taste. It's a comfortable place with good service, but better food would make a big difference.

The location was good, though not perfect, and the amenities made up for that. My room was spotless and very comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond with their service. I'd happily come back! 🤩✨👍

I was impressed by how carefully the wedding at Siya Milan Banquets was handled, from the floral decorations and stage to the crowd management. The buffet was well laid out, had several cuisine options, and tasted amazing. Every small detail seemed taken care of. I stayed at The Emerald Hotel for my cousin's wedding and found the rooms elegant, clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The staff were warm and attentive. From the stay through the celebration, everything felt perfect. I'd highly recommend this venue.
