The property condition was poor, cleanliness wasn’t maintained, and basic hospitality standards were missing. The room and facilities didn’t remotely match the listing photos or description, and the stay was uncomfortable and frustrating. It felt like a complete waste of money. My experience at Broadway Inn was far below what Booking.com’s ratings and reviews led me to expect. Those ratings seem misleading, and I seriously question whether the reviews there are authentic or reliable. Booking.com is a global platform and should periodically verify its properties and make sure customer reviews reflect real stays. Simply hosting listings without proper checks misleads customers and damages trust. I strongly advise future travelers to check other platforms, such as Google or TripAdvisor, instead of relying only on Booking.com ratings, especially for this property. I hope Booking.com management takes this seriously and re-evaluates both the listing and its review validation process to protect customers from misleading experiences. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

My room was clean, spacious, and ready exactly as requested. I stayed at the hotel for one night recently, and it was truly memorable. Outstanding stay, thanks to Mahadev!

The complimentary breakfast was decent, with local idli, vada, and sambar, plus coffee and tea in the morning. The hotel is centrally located, just a five-minute walk from the main Manipal hospital, convenient for sightseeing and food. My room was clean and well maintained, with fresh linens, a spotless bathroom, and no unpleasant smell. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. The promised WiFi, kettle, and hot water all worked reliably. WiFi was fast enough for work and streaming. Staff were friendly and helpful at check-in, polite throughout, and quick to respond to requests. Although the hotel is near a busy street, the room was sufficiently quiet, though I did have a small noise problem at night. For the price and convenience, it was good value compared with similar nearby hotels. I’d recommend it for solo travelers, couples, or small families visiting [City]. I’d stay again for a short trip where convenience and comfort matter more than luxury.

The building looks quite new and the room was neat, and the staff were good. It’s an apartment building with two-bedroom flats converted into a hotel, with limited parking. But the facilities need a lot of improvement. I booked through Booking.com, and the things listed there weren’t available. We had to ask for the AC remote. Toiletries amounted to a more than half-empty bottle of liquid body wash. They’d left a kettle for tea, but no tea or sugar, and there wasn’t even a bottle of water. Honestly, it felt more like a lodge. I paid 3k for one night, and it wasn’t worth the price at all.
