DeVerveil Serviced Apartment

We arrived with our 4-year-old daughter after booking a 1-BHK well in advance, only to be told the apartment had been given to other customers and they would not honor our reservation. We were then offered a very small, poorly maintained lodge, nowhere near what we had booked, so I refused. I was also told that the room tagged for our booking had reportedly been upgraded to a 2-BHK and handed to someone else without any notice. Making a family travel all that way and then dealing with this caused a lot of stress and frustration. A confirmed reservation should count for something. We should have been told beforehand and offered a proper alternative of equal or better quality, with respectful communication. This was careless and unprofessional handling by DeVerveil Serviced Apartment management, and I hope they take it seriously so another family doesn't go through the same thing.

I left my mobile in the room and called about an hour later. They found it for me, which I really appreciated. Thanks for being genuine 🙏🏼👏🏼 The room was quiet, spotless, and comfortable, with a lovely view from the balcony. Staff were welcoming and attentive from arrival, check-in was easy, and the central location made it convenient to explore.

There was no water at all in the morning, so we had to leave without being able to bathe properly. No caretaker was available, and nobody picked up despite more than 50 calls from early morning to four different numbers. The issue wasn't fixed and we got no service. The service here was extremely poor. I'm warning others because I don't want them to run into the same problem. Nobody should stay at this very bad hotel.

The calm atmosphere and convenient location added a lot to my stay at Devereil Service Apartment. I found the apartment spotlessly clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully arranged for comfort. The amenities were top-class and helped make it relaxing. The staff were warm, courteous, and ready to help, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. It felt like a great mix of comfort, luxury, and convenience. I'd highly recommend staying here. A five-star experience.
