The team made travelling with my one-year-old easy. When I asked for cow’s milk, they quickly brought it lukewarm and complimentary, a small, thoughtful touch. Sujeet, Pinaki & Phulbinus were especially friendly and attentive, and the room was kept in good condition throughout our stay. The central location worked well for visiting the attractions. As an Accor member, I also appreciated being upgraded without having to ask. We had a wonderful stay, and I’d recommend it to families.

Mr. Suresh Kumar’s attention to detail stood out. We could share breakfast preferences a day ahead, and the team arranged them for the next morning. Mr. Sayan from in-room dining was also a great help, handling requests quickly and efficiently. The hotel is right in central Mysore, well maintained, and has a huge breakfast selection. We had a fabulous stay, with hospitality that made us feel valued.

The restaurant team were particularly helpful and gave us all the support we needed. Breakfast had plenty of choice, and the food was consistently good. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities alongside some local character. The hotel is well maintained, and the courteous, professional staff were always ready to help. Its location also made it convenient to reach Mysore’s main attractions. We had a wonderful stay.

Mr. Sangram deserves a special mention for his humble manner, professionalism, and attentive support. He cared about guest satisfaction and made the experience better. The hotel felt warm and welcoming, with clean, comfortable accommodation and prompt service. Staff were polite and cooperative. The food was fresh, hygienic, and delicious, with enough variety to make dining enjoyable.

Breakfast was a huge, tasty spread, and Manjunath took good care of us during the meal. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff made everyone feel welcome and looked after. Grand Mercure Mysore lived up to expectations. I’d recommend it and would come back.
