OYO 28191 Indra Comforts

The stay was horrible. The floors were untidy, the ceiling was damaged, and the beds and pillows were dirty, with no clean pillow covers. There was no normal drinking water, soap, or door locks, and the admin was rude. We weren't given the room we'd booked and had to argue to get a decent one. The surrounding area didn't feel like a good community, and the remote industrial location wasn't suitable for families or decent people. It looked like unmarried couples were visiting back and forth. We booked AC rooms through OYO, but after paying in the app we were forced to stay in a non-AC room at the AC price because it was late at night. They blamed OYO for the mix-up. Don't book in OYO, you'll be cheated by this hotel. Be careful, check the property before paying, and avoid Indra comfort.

After showing us one room, they made us wait 30 minutes and then gave us a completely different one. Before that, we'd booked through an online platform but were unexpectedly sent to another property and asked for an extra ₹800 in cash that hadn't been mentioned when booking. The place was poorly maintained and very unhygienic. When we flushed the toilet, sewage leaked onto the floor. It was shocking and disturbing. The whole experience was uncomfortable and disappointing, with no transparency or professionalism and very poor cleanliness. I'd advise others to be cautious before booking.

At 9.00 PM, I arrived to check in with my older relatives, my family, and a small child, but Ajith refused our OYO booking and said the rooms were full. They sent us to New Vinay Residency, 6 km away. That place was horrible for a family. There was a bar downstairs where people drank and enjoyed themselves all night, so nobody could sleep peacefully. The beds were full of BLOOD BUGS, as shown in the attached videos. I want OYO to take action and refund my money. Nobody should book Indra Confort or New Vinay Residence, and people should avoid OYO too. OYO is the main issue here.

The rooms were filthy, and the bedsheets looked like they hadn’t been washed. They claim to be a 3 Star Hotel, but there wasn’t even a room with an attached bathroom. They advertised one thing on the booking sites, then told us there were no rooms when we arrived and tried to charge us extra. Stay away if you can.
