Oyo 24264 Monisha Residency

We’d paid an advance when booking, but when we arrived, our room had been given to someone else. We were left waiting for almost 30 minutes before getting another room, and it smelled really bad. We’d booked an AC room for 2500 rupees, yet they turned the AC off at 4:30 am. A very bad experience and service. If you have another option, don’t book here.

Please don’t bring your family here. I had a terrible experience. When I asked for chicken biryani, they told me to go to Green rich dhaba at the next circle, take the parcel myself, and pay there. Later I called the supplier to ask for two bottles of water, but they told me to bring them myself and pay. These rooms are the worst.

There’s no WiFi, and I told the person in charge they should get an internet connection. The rooms themselves were nice and clean. Parking in front of the residence fits at most two cars, with street parking available beyond that. It’s an easy walk to the outer ring road, which helps with getting around. Otherwise, it was just okay.

The receptionist has a lot of attitude and showed no respect. The way customers are spoken to is awful. They don’t provide basics like soap, shampoo, or towels. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
