The rooms are really spacious, almost like being at home, and they were cleaned well. The staff were humble and polite, and the guest treatment was fantastic, with A - Z arrangements. It felt like celebrity treatment. Thank you for such a beautiful experience. One of the top best rooms in Mysore.

The room was more spacious than I expected, clean, and comfortable, with a relaxed atmosphere that was nice after a long day. Still, the stay at Itsby Jasmine Treebo was average, around 2.5/5 stars, with a mix of good and bad, and I was there with my family. The bathroom needed work: the tiles weren’t clean and the taps were faulty. We also had to persuade the staff before they finally brought 2 extra pillows for our kids. They didn’t seem interested in helping with our concerns and came across as put off. Breakfast was limited in both choice and quantity, and it wasn’t refilled, so options ran low. There was no kettle in the room, which was a big inconvenience when traveling with kids and needing hot water often. The room itself was comfortable, but the missing amenities, service, and maintenance issues made it less hassle-free than we’d hoped.

It’s a quiet, peaceful spot with a green view from the balcony of the 1 BHK. The property is properly maintained, and the service is polite and empathetic.

The area is very peaceful, and the rooms were kept pretty neat. We were given extra beds that were comfortable. Overall, a good place to stay.
