It’s a peaceful place, with spacious, clean rooms, good service, and affordable prices. The city center is a bit far, but manageable if you have a vehicle. Booking is non-refundable if you need to cancel. There’s parking in front for a limited number of vehicles; if it’s full, roadside parking is possible, and the road is wide and not busy.

We had pre-booked a room, but the owner wouldn’t let our child enter until we provided her Aadhaar card. We explained we’d submit it shortly, but around 7 pm he still insisted she sit outside the room. It was unacceptable and insensitive, and we ended up having to cancel. The staff showed the same attitude, which made it worse. The owner was extremely arrogant and rude. This place doesn’t seem suitable for families, and I think it may be for business only. Their arrogance and lack of basic humanity were beyond what I could accept. If you want a peaceful, respectful stay, avoid this hotel. Service: 1/5, Hospitality: 1/5.

The rooms were roomy, clean, and tidy, with a king-size bed. The toilet was clean too, service was good, and the staff were very helpful. A good place to stay in mysuru.

I've stayed here more than six or seven times, and they have never asked for my child's Aadhaar card. The owner and staff are friendly, and I've recommended the place to friends and family. It's in a quiet, pleasant spot. There's no restaurant, though plenty of food options are nearby. A recent review surprised me, so I wanted to add my own experience.
