The staff were polite and tried to help, but contacting reception several times didn’t get the noise under control. A pub on the top floor ran until 1:00 AM, and noise from another room carried on until around 3:30 AM, so we couldn’t get proper sleep. It was a terrible stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to families.

The good parts were the working AC, comfortable mattress, and rooftop pub. Breakfast tasted good too, even though it arrived late and the wait showed a lack of consideration. It was supposed to be served at 8:30, but wasn’t available until 9:30, so we waited an hour with the kids. Our first room had a second mattress on the floor and didn’t match the photos on goibibo or makemytrip. They moved us to another room after we complained. The fan had no regulator, the bathroom and toilet were dirty, and there was slippery grime in the bathroom corners. The bedsheets also weren’t properly washed, but were replaced after we raised it. At least they tried to fix the room and sheet problems once we complained.

The rooms were clean and attractive, and the staff were very helpful. I had a great stay and would definitely book here again.

The dirty, stained sheets and bathroom that wasn’t properly clean made this an awful stay. Some bathroom doors were broken, and there wasn’t even soap. There was a pub on the third floor, I think, and the noise was a big disturbance. Room service wasn’t much good either. The DJ was good, and the food was just okay. I’m from kerala, and I wouldn’t really recommend the hotel, especially for families. I wasn’t satisfied with the service at all. Really bad experience.
