We booked a luxury room but were given a deluxe one, and the AC didn't work either. The staff were very bad. The old man at reception shouted and argued blindly with the ladies, and customer care was very poor too. They just take customers' money. This was the worst experience we had.

A decent place for one night. The WiFi wasn't working, the AC only worked now and then, and the hygiene was just about doable.

For a short stay, this place worked well. The rooms were clean and tidy, the staff were helpful, and room service was available.

Breakfast service was delayed for our group booking for a wedding, and they said they were short-staffed. They served only Upma. We also had to raise our voices to get an incorrect bill fixed. There’s no car parking, and the receptionist’s behavior was the worst. Better to choose somewhere else.

The food was okay, but dining there tested our patience. It was crowded, orders took a long time, and the restaurant seemed poorly planned and seriously understaffed. Tables weren’t cleaned properly either. It felt like management took the problems for granted and cared more about making money than giving decent service. A very bad experience.
