Green Orchid Resort

We got locked inside our room late at night after returning from a trip, even though we had the keys. We called out for help from the balcony, and after a long wait someone passing by opened the door from outside. That was on top of a room that looked nothing like the pictures. It was filthy when my family and I arrived. The sheets were stained, and the pillows had fungus on them. One was yellow with what looked like years of sweat and saliva. The bathroom was worse, with fungus all over the wall, a broken shower, dim lighting, and dirty buckets and cups. The TV screen was broken, and the AC barely cooled even set to 16 degrees. This was a terrible stay and I wouldn't recommend it for a family trip. It wasn't worth the price at all. You can find places like this for 500rs on thw street. DO NO COME TO THIS HOTEL !!

We had to ask several times before anyone replaced the bed sheets, which looked dirty and hadn't been changed after the previous guests checked out. There was no soap in the bathroom either, and the property doesn't even have a restaurant for tea or coffee. The location was good, but the maintenance was very poor. I also heard other guests say they'd booked online and were refused rooms. This can't be called a luxury hotel, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

It's an apartment converted into rooms, and the condition is terrible. There's no cleanliness and no TV. Don't book through OYO or online at all. Better to go in person and choose a decent room yourself. Avoid this hotel.

The resort is in a lovely spot among the trees, and car parking is available. The rooms and washrooms were good, and the staff were helpful, especially at reception. The water is the one problem: it's bore water and not good for washing your hair. For food, we had to order through zomato and swiggy. Apart from the water, our stay was good. Thank you.
