Hotel Bombay Tiffanys

No towel, hot water, or soap, just basic amenities they failed to provide. What more is there to say about the stay?

I paid ₹400 extra for an additional bed, but they never provided it. Instead, in the middle of the night, they told us to leave. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, with no respect for customers or basic courtesy. This was my worst hotel experience ever. Don't stay here at any cost. There are far more respectful options in Mysuru. This place is a disgrace.

For INR 3200 a night, this was an absolute rip-off. The conditions and service don't justify that price, and there are far better hotels in Mysore for the same amount. The property is down a narrow, congested lane that's hard to reach by car, and the surrounding area was filthy. There are several liquor shops nearby, which made it feel unsafe, especially for women. The beds were too small for a family of three, and the broken door lock left us feeling unsafe. There were no complimentary water bottles or towels, the bathroom pipes were defective and unusable, and mosquitoes were everywhere. The kettle looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Hot water was supposedly available only at 5 AM under their policy, and even then it was unreliable. Staff were very rude and didn't know how to treat guests respectfully. The TV didn't work, there was no Wi-Fi or power backup, the sockets wouldn't even charge a phone, and the landline had no cable. This place isn't worth your time, money, or peace of mind. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else. Highly NOT recommended!

There’s no parking, and the room felt like a garbage dump, with no ventilation. We were visiting Mysore for the first time and booked travel and accommodation through Sri Navaratna tours and travels. They described the room as five-star, super deluxe, with two beds and a view of Mysore. One bed turned out to be a cot on the floor. I felt scammed, and wouldn’t recommend staying here.
