Hotel BS International Mysore

A week after we booked a one-night stay, the hotel cancelled it without telling us, when we were already just an hour away. We were travelling at night with children and women. When we called, they rudely told us to check with the third-party app. We’re grateful we managed to find another hotel that night, but I wouldn’t trust this place or book a room here. You could be fooled as we were.

The rooms in the Agoda photos don’t match reality. Ours was very small, the bed was extremely hard, and there was a bad smell. It was so noisy from the vehicles that I couldn’t sleep, and the place wasn’t clean. They’re misleading people with those photos.

There’s no shower in the tiny bathroom, so it’s hard to wash properly. Cleanliness was poor, and they don’t provide toothpaste or a toothbrush. For a stay of several days, they give just one small soap. Unless you specifically ask them to change the bedsheet and cover, you may end up sleeping on bedding someone else has used.

Good food right next to the hotel, and other places are nearby too. The location is very nice, the staff are good, and the rooms are clean. I recommend it for families.
