Hotel Cloud 9 ruined my vacation. I spent more time dealing with the rude staff and cunning manager than enjoying the city. They refused to honor my prepaid booking, took more money from me, and then gave me the runaround when I asked for a refund. Hospitality was zero. Stay away.

The manager’s attitude toward us was unfriendly, and the management was awful. The whole experience spoiled our mood. Don’t even consider booking a stay here. A complete waste of money.

The staff were friendly and looked after us from check-in to check-out. They helped my elderly parents feel safe and cared for, just like family.

The room wasn’t very clean, and the lift was switched off or simply not working. Parking meant leaving the car in the open area next to the hotel. The reception staff could improve their attitude.

This room didn’t feel safe for a family. There was no welcome kit or even a towel; when we asked for one, they brought it only at checkout. The room boy didn’t know the local language, was rude, and misdirected us unnecessarily. At checkout, he knocked on the door far too roughly. The service was awful.
