I was disappointed with the room cleanliness. It felt poorly cleaned, and the sheets hadn't been changed. When I raised it with room service, they brushed me off and said I should cancel the reservation if I wasn't happy. The attitude was rude. The owner seems to trust this employee a lot, probably because he's been there a long time, but I believe staff with that attitude can hurt the business and drive customers away.

The rooms were the main problem: unclean, poorly maintained, and well below basic standards. They also looked nothing like the pictures on the Agoda booking app, which seemed misleading and didn't reflect the hotel's actual condition. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was extremely poor. This place didn't deliver the quality or service it promises, and I don't think it was worth the money. I'd advise others to think twice before booking, as the stay could be ruined.

The AC didn't work, and I couldn't sleep for two nights. We were out all day visiting tourist places and came back tired, but keeping the window open felt better than suffocating inside. After they moved us to another room, there was no hot water. They may already know these problems and still give guests faulty rooms.

The locality was very bad, and the stay was a bad experience. Even though we arrived three hours late, the room still wasn't ready for check-in. Staff were confused about the keys and couldn't identify which belonged to which room. There was no timely room service, no cleanliness, and no proper response. Hot water was available only in the morning.

For a budget stay, the rooms are pretty good and comfortable. Just keep in mind that choosing an AC room means you won't get a fan.
