I visited from Davanagere and had a good stay. The rooms were well maintained and budget friendly, and the staff were good. Everything was good, and Manager Harish treated me well. 👌👍

The price feels too high for what Hotel Royal Heritage provides. Hot water is only available between 6 AM and 12 PM, with one geyser shared by five to ten rooms, which is really inconvenient. Disappointing and not worth the cost.

My experience was average. The hotel entrance looked nice with its wood finish, and there’s a lift that fits four people. The room had average space, with a glass wall on one side that gave it a balcony-like feel overlooking the road. The washroom was good, with both hot and cold water. The waiters behaved well, and Mr Raju at reception was really good. When we first spoke to them and paid, we asked for an extra bed for four people in one room, and they agreed. But when we later asked staff to provide it, they refused unless we paid extra. That was disappointing, so we managed with one bed. Overall, it was okay.
