The rooms at Kings Kastle Hotel were clean, comfortable, and good. I had a problem with the food bill because it was overpriced, and I later realized the service man had charged above the actual price. It felt like cheating. I told the owner right away, and he quickly checked with the service man and refunded the extra amount. He was humble, honest, and responsible about it. Aside from that, the stay was good. I hope staff are monitored better so this doesn't happen again.

I was disappointed by the service at Hotel Kings Kastle. The staff were unfriendly, wouldn't help with an early check-in, and showed no courtesy. They also charged me for drinking water, which should be basic. The behavior felt unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend staying here when Mysuru has much better options.

Avoid booking this hotel. They cancel online reservations and then sell non-AC rooms offline for 5000. Very bad hotel.

The front desk and other staff were helpful and humble, and my one-day stay was hassle-free. It's within walking distance of the bus stand and easy to reach the main city. The property is quite old but maintained; the rooms are spacious, though they could be improved. There's no restaurant, but they arrange outside food to order. I'd recommend it compared with other hotels in this area.
