The room was badly maintained and dirty, with poor lighting and taps that didn't work. After taking an advance payment, the hotel owner, the lady, demanded more money on the second day after check-in without giving a valid reason. Completely unprofessional and unethical. She was also scolding the reception desk guys in front of us and telling them to demand the amount. This place doesn't meet even basic hospitality standards. Not worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend it.

They took payment for breakfast but didn't provide any. The washroom taps and water weren't proper, and there was no proper service or maintenance. Not worth the money. Worst service.

The noise carried through the rooms because they aren't soundproof, and some electrical points didn't work properly. The bathroom wasn't clean, the bedsheets and linens were dirty, and there were no towels, drinking water bottle, or toiletries. Water came out of the bathroom taps like a thin string. Even getting to reception was awkward, you had to go down a floor and climb another set of stairs. For a 3k price, the rooms are pathetic. Hospitality and service were at zero. Absolutely horrible, it felt like a scam. There's no option to give zero stars. Please don't stay here.

I paid 3k for the room and it wasn't worth the money. The bed was too bad, the washroom pumps didn't work properly, and there was no water bottle. Poor service. I think the room is worth a maximum of 1.5k.
