Cockroaches were running around the room, including the kitchen and bathroom, and the place seemed to lack proper pest control and hygiene. There weren't even basic things like plates or glasses for drinking water. For what I paid, I expected at least a livable place. One of my worst service apartment experiences. I'd tell others to look elsewhere, because this isn't worth the money or peace of mind.
The bed linen is never changed, and the pillows are covered in mold. It felt unhygienic and unsafe. Terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
I had a disappointing stay. The bathrooms were poorly maintained, the lifts were not cleaned, and there was no drinking water. The sheets were soiled and hadn't been changed, and there was very little service overall. I hope management fixes these problems for future guests. I feel future guests shouldn't pay in advance.
The owner was friendly, and the big 2 BHK rooms made it feel like staying at home. It was quiet, though a little far from the city, about 250 mtrs from Highway. There was no car parking inside the gate, but parking outside felt safe under CCTV, with space for only 3 cars. There's no restaurant in-house. Overall, we had a good experience.
Even though we'd paid the full amount in advance and arrived with high expectations, we were told we couldn't stay at the property. Being turned away so abruptly was frustrating and inconvenient, and it left us concerned about the property's commitment to customer satisfaction. Communication and transparency matter in hospitality, and this fell short.
