OYO 1916 Hotel Suhashini Palace

We found a washing steel bar in the sambar at complimentary breakfast, and spoiled tea was served too. The rooms at Suhasini Hotel, Mysore were dirty and full of cockroaches. When I complained, the receptionist was harsh, careless, and showed no concern. He told me to make a complaint to make my trip. This was the worst day we've had on any trip so far. The food safety and cleanliness here are shocking and extremely dangerous. Please don't stay or eat here. Avoid it at all costs.

It's very close to the railway station and bus stand, and getting around is easy. Parking is available, there are good restaurants nearby, and they can deliver food if you want, though I only tried the coffee. The area is a bit noisy. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the staff are very friendly. It's an older hotel with poor maintenance, and although it's totally broken, they tried to keep it neat. There's no restaurant in house, but 24 hour hot water is a plus. Overall, good value for money.

We arrived late at night, exhausted, and couldn't leave or complain right away. The rooms had bed bugs and cockroaches, and the hotel was never clean at all. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I gave it one star only because there was no option to avoid that.

We had a terrible stay. The complimentary food was so bad, don't go for the " food". The bed was full of cockroaches (bedbug), and the reception staff were rude and impossible to talk to.
