The staff were friendly and well behaved, and they responded quickly when we asked about hot water, even early in the morning. But hot water wasn't continuous, and there was no telephone in the room. The room facilities weren't up to the mark. We stayed one night with family and found it okay. It's attached to a function hall, and I don't think it's a 3 star hotel as described. There is huge parking, and it's 1.5km from mysore palace and 2km from mysore zoo.

The location is very good, with every tourist destination close by. The rooms are spacious, all the ACs were working, and staff were very polite and treated customers well. One of our rooms did have an AC leaking water, though. Probably one of the best places to stay in mysuru, and our best stay at mysore.

We booked over 5 rooms for 6 days, and every room had some problem, from faulty showers and blocked drains to torn, dirty bedsheets and ACs leaking onto the beds. Cleanliness and maintenance were terrible, and staff were rude and unhelpful throughout. The manager also made casual, inappropriate, insensitive comments about religion in front of guests, which felt completely unprofessional and out of line. If you're visiting Mysore and want a peaceful, pleasant stay, look elsewhere. This hotel isn't worth your time or money.

There were so many issues. The washroom door wouldn't lock, the shower wasn't working, and there was no continuous hot water. They didn't have dental kits or shower caps. An extra bed costs 500 extra to put on the floor.

The staff were rude and wouldn't cooperate, and calling anyone was useless because nobody answered. We also found a cockroach in the room. Getting hot water meant going down to the third floor to ask for it every time we returned. Towels were given only once, and the laundry service was terrible. Reception, laundry, and flower attendance were never on the first floor. The lights kept switching on and off. This was a painful stay, and I wouldn't come here.
