Unnathi Suites

We spent two nights there and had a nice stay. The place was neat and clean, spacious, and peaceful, tucked inside a housing colony. There weren't any negatives for us. If you're travelling with kids, you can cook there, and both the kitchen and bedrooms have storage space.

The apartment is filthy and leaking, and there's no gas connection. The manager acts like a rowdy, lies about what he has supposedly told people, and threatens senior citizens. Someone needs to take serious action over his behaviour and the condition of the place, and it should be closed quickly.

It felt homely and was well kept throughout our visit. The apartment was very clean, and maintenance was good. We had a comfortable, pleasant stay. I'd recommend it to families.

This was our second visit, and I'd come back again if the issues are sorted. Booking and payment were easy, the staff were friendly, drinking water was good, and the lift, refrigerator, and geyser worked. There was plenty of parking too. Some things need attention: the sofas in room 1 need repair, and the bathroom door locks are either jammed or loose and should be replaced. Room 5's restroom was locked and needed keys. The AC remote and batteries should be checked since we couldn't adjust the temperature from the preset 17. During a midnight power cut it got suffocating, and the generator took so long to start that I had to call the in-charge on his mobile and wake him.
