Breakfast was a real highlight, delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff were warm, attentive, and ready to help. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and everything felt spotless and inviting. The location made nearby attractions easy to explore, with good facilities and room to relax. We had a delightful stay and found it good value, whether you want a quiet break or a more active trip. Highly recommend.

I booked for five nights but managed only one before checking out in the morning. There was a constant, disturbing noise from the AC that made the stay uncomfortable, and the room phone didn’t work. I checked in on 20-Apr-2025 at 03:35PM and waited about 20-25 minutes for a room. It hadn’t been cleaned properly: sweets and paper waste were in the cupboard, medicine strips were on the desk, the sheets and pillow covers hadn’t been changed, and I found hairs on the towel and pillow. At reception, the response was unprofessional. They said the hotel was full and couldn’t give me another room, and only cleared the cupboard waste. The other issues I raised were left unresolved.

I found the staff consistently courteous and helpful, and the amenities were available and well maintained. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming throughout my stay. It was also conveniently located for nearby attractions and places to eat. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend it.

The room was spacious and well ventilated, and we found the hotel a good choice for a family vacation. The rooms and bathrooms were tidy, service was prompt when we reported water leaking from the AC, and the food was okay. My only complaint during the stay was that the TV had no subscription, and staff kept giving excuses about technical or weather issues. The bathroom could use more ventilation since it gets humid after a hot shower. We booked through Agoda app and got an okay deal with a confirmed reservation. Before arriving, we called the hotel many times but nobody picked up at reception, and the number on Google was out of order. We worried we’d been fooled, but the hotel confirmed our booking when we got there.
