I had a great time and would like to stay here again. The rooms were neat and clean, and even the hot water heater worked. No leaking taps or other hassles, so you can be happy here. The location is close to the mountain, and if you’re lucky, you might see snow. Staff were very friendly and helpful, including the polite receptionist and dining room staff. Thanks to everyone at Aliza Inn.

The team were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and they made us feel at home. Everyone was friendly, professional, and clearly keen to keep us comfortable. Really good service, and it made our stay special ❤️

We spent two nights at Aliza Inn resort and enjoyed our stay. The balcony had a good view, the rooms were clean, and the food was good. Staff were nice and polite. There’s a place to watch the sunset just a two-minute walk away, and Mcleodganj is only about 20 minutes from the resort. We’d recommend staying here in dharamshala.

The food and service were the best in the area, whether you ask for the breakfast buffet or à la carte dinner. Everything tasted amazing and the service was great. Special mention to Naresh Kumar, the captain, Parveen ji, the manager, Rangeel singh, and Rakesh Kumar, the chef. They all deliver and meet expectations. The property is well maintained, has in-house car parking, and offers great views of nature.

Ajayji made a real difference during my stay. He was polite, supportive, and easy to reach whenever I needed something. He handled requests, guided us, and made sure we were comfortable, all very smoothly. His care made the experience feel homely and hassle-free. From arrival through checkout, things were well organized. The rooms were clean, the ambience was pleasant, and the overall stay was satisfying. I’d recommend the hotel and would love to come back.
