The thoughtful help after checkout really stood out. Our plans weren’t until late at night, so the staff kept our bags for the day and offered water and sweets when we came back to wait in the lobby. During the stay, the room had a great view of the Dharamshala mountain range, reliable hot water, strong water pressure, heating and cooling, and a handy landline for the front desk. Staff were kind, helpful, and spoke English well. They even offered to park our vehicle. Breakfast came with the room and was served on the rooftop restaurant and bar, with lots of choices and a lovely view. The whole place felt calm and welcoming, and ran like a true five-star hotel. One of the nicest places I stayed in India, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Dharamshala.
