Guleria Villa

The location was really convenient, and I felt the stay was worth every rupee. The food was super delicious, and Ms. Surekha, the caretaker, made us feel very welcome. A great place for a vacation.

We had a lovely stay at Gulleria villa. The grounds are spacious, with lawns, a water feature, play areas, games, and two terraces with nice views. The staff were friendly and happy to help, and we really enjoyed their cooking. There weren't many food options, but everything we tried tasted impeccable. The villa has three large bedrooms. One has two double beds, which worked especially well for us with older kids. Our only issue was that the driver's washroom was inappropriate.

The host, the girl and caretaker, was incredibly hospitable and made sure everything was taken care of. We found the place peaceful and cozy, and it was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. It exceeded my expectations, and we had a fantastic stay. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful retreat.

We couldn't make the trip because of serious national tensions and clear police advisories. When we told the owner, they said we could still come, which felt shockingly irresponsible given the safety situation and police instructions. We asked for a refund and were offered only 50%, then more money was deducted from that without any explanation. There was no clarity or empathy. I wouldn't recommend dealing with them, especially during uncertain times.
