Dinner here had that comforting, home-cooked feel, and breakfast was great too. From the moment we arrived at Kailasham stay, the welcome was warm and the staff helped us settle into the room without any trouble. The mountain stream running past the property made the view especially lovely. Facilities came when needed, and staff were available around the clock. Shami was consistently cheerful and polite, always ready to help. We really enjoyed our trip here, and I’d recommend it to families without hesitation.

I felt very safe here, and the river below is easy to get to. The shared area has lovely views, while the rooms are clean and the food is really good. Rohit is usually nearby and glad to help, whether you need a taxi called or supplies brought up to your room.

The riverside scenery was the highlight, and the food was excellent, with that home-cooked taste. Mr. Suresh does a great job in the kitchen. Mr. Rohit, Mr. Shammi, and Mr. Manesh kept everything organized, from meal times to the other arrangements. Hotel service and laundry were both very good. I’d happily stay here again if I visit in the future. 🤗🤗🤗

The views and the stream behind the property made up for the approach road, which felt a bit narrow for our traveller. Rohit and Shammi, the caretakers, were especially attentive and ready to handle all kinds of requests. We had a great experience.

The garden has a lovely valley view, and the property was really neat and clean. The staff were very supportive too. The owner made us feel comfortable, almost like an older brother would, and I had a lovely stay.
