We only booked for one night, and the room had already been double-booked, so we were moved elsewhere. The replacement room had unclean sheets, a cigarette smell, a hole of some kind in the ceiling, and moths flying around at night, which felt scary. The property could have a lot going for it, but it isn't maintained well. I was very disappointed and wouldn't recommend it.
The dining area had a lovely view, and the mountain setting made for a perfect stay. We really enjoyed it, and the service was excellent.
The quiet up on the hill made this a lovely break from city life, and the stars at night were unbelievably clear. We spent two days at Snow Biscuit Huts and loved the mountain and valley views, especially with the sunrise and cool breeze in the morning. The huts were clean, cozy, and thoughtfully put together, with a nice mix of rustic character and modern comforts. Everyone was welcoming and happy to help, including with a bonfire and directions to nearby trails. It felt magical.
It’s a little away from the crowds, but everything is in place, and the hosts are amazing. If you're a spiritual person looking for divine hills and the powerful energy of Lor d Shiva, this place feels blissful and can bring tears to your eyes. Stay for a week and something inside you may change. Amazing and cute place, highly recommended.
The bed was uncomfortable, and there were water problems at the property. I also didn't feel there was any safety, and the service was nonexistent. The property is useless.
