The meditation programs run for three days or longer, with experienced, well-trained practitioners teaching techniques prescribed by Osho. Shiv, one of the main spiritual teachers, helped me understand how to explore myself more deeply and learn the right way to do it. I found this a wonderful place for spiritually charged time, and I'll return. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, and well maintained, with views over the blissful Himalayas. There's a small library of books by Master Osho, which you can borrow or buy. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were delicious and healthy, with vegetables they grow themselves. Their water comes from a pure Himalayan source and, as I understand it, can be drunk directly without filtering or boiling. There's also a small, lovely swimming pool and laundry service that washes and presses clothes for a modest fee. The place is full of positive energy. If you want to learn the Osho way of life and explore the self beyond traditional methods, they offer a range of meditation practices. I never felt bored there.

The meditations were powerful and deeply affecting, gently turning your attention inward and helping you connect with yourself. I came away feeling changed, with personal growth, a better sense of myself, and a shift in my personality. The people were open, kind, and welcoming. A bunch of strangers soon felt like family, and the whole place had a positive, genuine sense of connection. It was an experience I'll always treasure.

I came to the retreat without having followed Osho or tried his meditation methods, just with an open mind. It turned out to be a beautiful, blissful experience. The surroundings are peaceful and naturally lovely, and the people in the program were warm, open, and positive. Maa Sindhu deserves special mention for her clear, present guidance in the meditation sessions. She makes the techniques powerful and easy to connect with. The three dogs, Coco, Bebo, and Shasha, also brought so much warmth and joy. I arrived as a stranger and left feeling part of a family, with a lot learned, more inner calm, and memories I'll carry with me. Grateful for the experience.

I spent the last four days at OSHO Himalayas after reading about it and choosing to go somewhere near Dharamshala for New Year. I had no background in meditation, and because of my own limitations I don't feel I made much progress with it, so I know I need lots of practice. Still, the whole experience was gorgeous: the positivity, vibe, nature, chakra architecture, and the Dhauladhar mountains behind us. Thanks to Rajiv sir and Sindhu Mam. I'll try to visit again.

The views from the rooms were stunning, and I'd recommend choosing the first floor for the best perspective. The food was simple, wholesome, and delicious. They kindly arranged local cuisine for one day, which was a real treat. I also went hiking to a nearby monastry, a peaceful place. I attended the intense Dancing Shaman program at Osho Himalayas in Jia Valley and came away with a clear mind and a profound sense of divine presence. It was soul-stirring, and host Sindhu made it even more special with her exceptional care and involvement. Leaving was hard, but I'll definitely return. Thank you, Osho Himalaya, for such a transformative stay.
