The mountain views and quiet surroundings made it easy to relax, away from the city noise. We only stayed one night, but it was a very pleasant visit. Our room was spacious, clean, cozy, and well kept, with the basic amenities, and the bed was comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were welcoming, polite, and attentive. We also enjoyed the restaurant. There was a good choice of freshly prepared food, and both breakfast and dinner were flavorful and satisfying. The dining area was neat and had a nice atmosphere. It felt like management takes good care of the property and guests. With comfortable rooms, tasty meals, scenic views, and a peaceful setting, I’d recommend it to families, couples, or solo travelers looking for a quiet getaway.

The riverside setting and mountain views made Serene Suites Hotel a peaceful place to enjoy nature, while still being close to conveniences. We found the rates very affordable, too. The hospitality was excellent, with staff making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The food was delicious, full of authentic flavors and nicely presented. Thanks to the Chef and kitchen team for the tasty dishes and the consistent freshness and quality. Great service, beautiful views, and outstanding food. Highly recommended for a refreshing, memorable stay.

The river-facing rooms made our two days here memorable, and the location is great. Staff were extremely friendly, and we felt safe and well looked after. Sri Amanji and his manager sri Pyarelalaji took care of every little need, making the stay, local tour, logistics, meals, and shopping comfortable. From booking through checkout, everything went wonderfully. Great value for money, especially for families exploring Dharamshala. All my best wishes!

My stay was for 18-05-2026 to 20-05-2026. I booked online at 7,500 per night, then found the property's rack rate was only INR 4,000 MAP. I understand surge pricing, but this felt unethical, and I feel royally scammed. Anyone planning to book should be cautious with credit card details. If you cancel, you’ll forfeit at least one night’s tariff.

The food was excellent, and the staff were all helpful. I stayed with my family for two nights and we had a great time. The hotel is in a perfect spot, with lovely scenic views.
